Payment Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

Matex IT Services offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting packages, under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer. Multiple services or multiple sign-ups are not eligible for additional refunds.

  • Refunds exclude all setup fees (Reseller Hosting: R120, VPS Hosting: R150).

  • Refunds do not cover any additional or optional services, including but not limited to:
    WHMCS licences or upgrades, domain registrations, migrations, dedicated IPs, or additional licences such as LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360, and JetBackup.

  • A written refund request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request, and must be received within 31 days of the service cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 31 days after receiving the refund request.

  • Refunds will not be granted for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Domain Registrations & Renewals

All domain name registrations and renewals are final. Because we are required to pay registry fees immediately, refunds cannot be issued for these transactions.

If a domain name was registered with a misspelling, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it. Corrections are not guaranteed but will be handled as urgently as possible.

Late Invoice Policy

Matex IT Services does not offer invoice extensions.
All invoices must be settled on or before the due date.

  • A 3-day grace period is provided for overdue invoices.

  • After the grace period, services will be suspended, and a 15% late fee will be applied and must be paid before reactivation.

  • Invoices that remain unpaid for 14 days or longer may result in account termination.

We will make every reasonable attempt to notify customers 24 hours prior to termination.
Once an account is terminated, all data — including backups — will be permanently removed from our servers. Data cannot be recovered after termination.

Promotional Pricing

We offer discounted introductory rates on selected Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and VPS Hosting packages for first-time customers.

  • All services will renew at the standard regular rate.

  • For the best value, customers are encouraged to choose annual billing, which includes our highest discounts.

  • Prices displayed on our website reflect the lowest available rate based on annual billing.
