Software License Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Matex IT Services, you agree to be bound by the following Software License Terms. These terms apply to all software-related services, including WHMCS licenses and any additional licensed software provided through Matex IT Services.


1. Service Provision & Payment

Matex IT Services provides licensed software and related hosting services in accordance with the plans selected by the client.
All fees for software licenses and services must be paid in full and on time, as specified in the billing agreement.


2. Cancellation Requests

Clients who wish to cancel any service must submit a cancellation request through the official cancellation channels provided by Matex IT Services.
No cancellations will be processed through informal communication methods.


3. WHMCS & Other Software Licenses

Matex IT Services provides WHMCS licenses and other software licenses as part of eligible plans.

You agree and acknowledge that:

  • WHMCS or any licensed software will be immediately suspended or closed if the associated service is not fully paid.

  • Licenses will also be terminated if a cancellation request is submitted.

  • Software licenses remain the property of their respective vendors and are governed by their vendor-specific terms.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and full payment for all licensed software and services.

  • Maintaining accurate billing information.

  • Complying with all software vendor license agreements associated with the services provided.

Matex IT Services will not be responsible for service disruptions caused by the client’s failure to comply with payment or license conditions.


5. Termination of Services

Matex IT Services reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services (including WHMCS licenses) for non-payment,

  • Immediately revoke licenses when a cancellation request is submitted,

  • Refuse reactivation until all outstanding balances are settled.

No guarantees are made regarding the restoration of terminated licenses.


6. Limitation of Liability

Matex IT Services will not be held liable for:

  • Data loss, service interruption, or financial loss resulting from the termination of services due to non-payment or client-requested cancellation.

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the suspension or termination of licensed software.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary backups or data exports are completed before cancellation or service expiration.


7. Acceptance of Terms

By using any software or licensed services from Matex IT Services, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Software License Terms,

  • Agree to comply with all conditions outlined herein,

  • Accept that failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services
